I worked as a lawyer and a top-manager in the largest international consulting companies for more than seventeen years. In 2008-2011 I was a Partner in Deloitte.

In 2017 I quit successful career of Director of Legal, Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS at Accenture in order to start my private  training and coaching practice.
